Elder Law

Elder law is concerned with issues that affect the growing aging population and covers estate planning, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, arrangements for care, protection of elderly persons through court supervised proceedings like conservatorships (for property management) and guardianships (for decision-making relative to the medical care, placement and other personal issues) and, for some, Medicaid issues.

Please contact me if I can be of assistance to you with an elder law issue.

The above is not legal advice. That can only come from a qualified attorney who is familiar with all the facts and circumstances of a particular, specific case and the relevant law.
